Tuesday Dance - My Actifit Report Card: June 25 2019
We took a short walk this morning because I had to leave to get to dance class in Effingham today. This is my favorite morning of the week. Anywhere from 20 - 30 people show up every Tuesday morning and we line dance for 90 minutes with one short break of about 10 minutes. Today on break I asked the ladies if they wanted to help me with my #seven77 pushup video since today was Day 100 that I have been making these videos. They thought that was a cool idea so I did the pushups and they counted them for me. Here's the link to the Twitter post if you want to see it.
A little later this evening I went out and did some yard. I trimmed some flowers and pulled some grass that had cropped up in my spearmint patch. I just love the smell when you break off a spearmint leaf.
Next I went to check on my blackberry bush. The berries are forming, but not ripening yet.
