Another Dance Night - My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2019
We started the day with an early morning walk in the park and achieved an automaticwin. Then it was errands and housework.

Tonight we went to my usual Thursday night dance. Dancing is still my favorite way to rack up a nice actfit count.
Here are some more pretty flowers I saw on the way to the park this morning. Can't resist posting at least one flower pic.

Yes it is. Line dancing is really cool to me because you learn all kinds of dances then perform in groups to the same steps. It engages your mind to remember all the steps, so helps mentally as well as physically.
looks like a fun way to get in those steps!
I have a blast with the "old folks". I'm probably one of the youngest people there. That pic is the older couples doing a slow dance, which is why I'm sitting at the table taking pictures, lol. I do the line dancing, which is great for a step count.
