My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2019
Tapioca pudding with whipped cream. I usually don't do desserts but, hey, when it comes with the meal who am I to waste it? We spent several hours on the road today and stopped for lunch in Terra Haute IN at a cute little restaurant called New Day Cafe. I always like to try and find a local spot rather than a national chain.
We went to the Y this morning before leaving town. Good thing because it rained all the way here and it's still raining now. Not good for walking around and exploring. At least it wasn't ice and snow though!
Time to hit the sack. I don't know why travel is so tiring, you're just sitting in the car!

Yes, it's fun to search them out and find a hidden gem. I like supporting a mom-and-pop business any day over a national chain.

Yes to both! Glad I got the walking in first, so the dessert didn't hurt too bad on the diet.
Great you went to the Y place before leaving else you wouldn't have made the count for the day. I don't blame you for eating that, i'll eat double of that if presented to me. Lol. Cheers.
It was a pretty big helping, you may not have been able to eat a double serving. I had to leave part of mine.

Had to get it in before we left. We were hoping maybe to do a little walking after we got there, but noooooo had to rain, rain, rain. (but better than snow!)

Well this was cold out of the refrigerator case, but it was still good. I don't think I've ever had it warm.
My Grandmother use to make it for me. It was one of the first things she taught me to cook. Since it is a pudding that needs to be cooked, we would eat when it was still warm.
