My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2018
Started with some elliptical and arm work this morning and had 18k before 10:00 (my first #automaticwin). Then walked a full circuit around the lake. Went for lunch then came back and walked another full circuit around the lake, including hiking trails. My all time best at 43k!! Now for the hot tub and the Bulls game.
