First workout of the week, aerobic session after having strengthened last week. Mixed heating with mobilization exercises and with the ball, then 20 minutes work on rhythm variations and finally thematic tactical exercises with final match. In the next 2 days I work at home with muscle toning exercises, then Friday training to prepare for Sunday's game.
