"RUNDAY" 어플 다운 받았어요
joceo00님 개최하시는 고팍스 천하제일연재대회도
시작하신다구하공~기쁘네요 !!

오늘부터 8주동안 30분 달리기 코스 도장깨기를 시작합니다 ^^
미세먼지 있는 날 제외하고 2일에 1번씩 도전해보려구요


"일주일에 3번"이면 가능하다고 어플이 말해주더라구요.
혼자서 하니까 제대로 안되는거 같아서 어플에서
계속 목소리 미남이 독려해줘서 너무 좋은거 같아요 ^^


웜업 - 1분달리기 -2분걷기 - 쿨다운으로 마무리 하였습니다.
오늘은 많이 힘들지 않더라구요.
집에와서 스트레칭과 스쿼트 100회 끝~!
내일은 풋살이 8시에 있어서 오늘 일찍 자야겠네요
