My Actifit Report Card #13: August 17 2019

Tydzień pracy zakończyłem o 4 rano. Do 10000 kroków nie udało się dobić, bo było mniej pracy. Później spałem aż do godzin 14:00.

Dopiero jak człowiek doszedł do siebie, można było wyjść na jakieś zakupy i spacer. Wieczorem mogę zaliczyć jeszcze wyjście z psem i jakoś wyszło ponad 13000 kroków.

Jutro niedziela, więc na pewno będzie spacer i obowiązkowo plac zabaw.
