Eat only after your previous meal gets digested
Some people have the habit of eating their meals on time. They justify saying that meals should be taken at the right time without skipping. I'm ideology is a bit contradicting to this ideology. I always feel that there should be a considerable gap between every meal. Apart from that if the food that was consumed as part of previous meal hasn't been digested then, the next meal should not be taken.
I personally feel that there is no harm in keeping our stomach empty rather than filling it with food all the time. Most of the days we might not even feel like having our meal. It can even be because our previous meal would have been heavy. In such cases we have to think about either skipping the next meal or just consume a light weight meal. I have found this working very well for me and it also gives a pleasant feeling.
