Yoga and pub: January 9 2020

I thought I would start doing yoga again after several weeks' break, so went to my Virgin Active gym last night expecting a fast-paced Vinyasa class as advertised. I stead, there was something much slower, with lots of asanas I didn't recognised (probably last minute replacement for a usual teacher). Today, I am hurting in a lot of places, including my arse!
