Double Win! Winning Against Myself + Saving Lives

Sometimes, life can be monotonous we need to find ways to amuse ourselves even others so we get away with the boredom...

Step back a little.

Look at the things from a different perspective then things that's happening around may start to make sense.


Beautiful morning sky.

It was a fantastic morning. The weather was superb, getting up early was never a waste. I'd even say those who chose to stay in bed longer lost the chance to enjoy the nice breeze.

And though it was the same route- Umm Al Emarat (Mushrif) Park for me, it should never get boring. Just look around. You'll definitely find something amusing.

Beating My Own Self. Again.

I am happy with my progress, as I improve my endurance too. If, around 2 months ago when I started, I could barely run 200m straight, today I was able to complete 3.45kms of jogging nonstop!

Yaaasss! I can't believe it. Woohooo!!! 😆

So I guess I just have to keep trying to beat my own best. In running and in any other aspect of my life.

Acti-fantastic! The sense of self-accomplishment is immeasurable.

Just a quarter past 7am and I am a winner already! That's really a positive way to start the day.

What's best, as we were just reaching home after work, I got a call from the Abu Dhabi Blood bank.

They were in urgent need of Type O+ blood donors as there was a big demand today. I did not hesitate a bit when they asked if I could come before 9.30pm tonight.

Tonight I'll sleep with a happy(ier) heart, knowing that I was able to save lives.

DOUBLE WIN!

I have opposite in June I did 10K competition run but later during summer I get small injury, than a little bit laziness and today I suffered after one mile. But I know that constant work will bring results. And I wish the same for you.
