I missed running this morning.
I did mention last night I was too exhausted, right? So without a doubt I missed the alarm and I was not able to go out.
However, having gotten used to doing some exercises already, I still managed to flex some muscles.

Rest of the activities were from the office and from going to the hypermarket to get some pantry items for the office.
Hope to get better energy tomorrow so I can go out and jog.
