My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2019

Hola Steemit!

Fairly average day today in terms of my exercise. I have been running around organising various aspects of my life, which has gotten in the way of any chance to smash out a lot of activity.

I have been for a brisk walk tonight after dinner and spent some time training weights and cycling.

My diet has been solid today and I have restricted myself to 'keto-esque' food. For dinner I made myself a mince and pea egg omlette with extra cheese.

For the rest of the evening I will be cycling and staying up late watching Australia vs. England in the Cricket World Cup. So far it is not looking good for Australia but we will see how the Australians bowl.
