My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2019

Hola Steemit,

Today is a new personal best for me in terms of my activity count.

Never before have I even breached 15K so I am pleased with today's effort.

I got there through starting my physical activity early in the day and not stopping until a put 9pm tonight. I started by cleaning my house and doing household chores.

The vast bulk of my physical activity was achieved by a three hour walk around my local shopping complex. I had a business meeting there during late night hours but after that spent the remainder of the time walking around.

I am not sure how much my effort help translate into grams of fat lost but if I try to repeat this more often I am sure I should be finally able to shed these stubborn kilograms.
