Let's Keep Moving (Actifit Report: July 16 2019)
Today my work in the office is very crowded, so I have to postpone my activities walking around the countryside. To make my body move and produce sweat, I have to do other physical activities.
So, the other physical activity today is cycling, this is an activity that I rarely do so that after some distance rowing my bike becomes all sore.
Until near sunset I had not reached the house because of the tiredness of rowing a bicycle.
