Let's Keep Moving (Actifit Report: Mei 16 2019)

One thing you must remember carefully: the human body is designed to move! Indeed, as you get older, it is increasingly not possible to be as active as you were when you were young. But it is a big mistake if you get older, you are even more passive, let alone stop physical activity altogether. For the body applies the law use it or lose it! If you don't use it, the function will decrease.

If you use leisure time with activities, then the aging process will slow down. People who just sit to eat, work, watch television, and lie down to sleep, biologically have a body 10 years older than those who are active (lots of walking, dancing, exercising, working using large muscles). And it can also be guessed if it is found that those over the age of 60 who exercise regularly will have longer lifespan than those who are not active.

Of course the results will be better if you can schedule regular exercise. However, if you have classic reasons; don't have time, no special place and tools, you can still move anytime and anywhere. Associate opportunities to move with your likes. For example you like music, take advantage of music to dance in the room. Do you like eye washing in a shopping center? Wear comfortable shoes frequently and walk around while washing your eyes in a place that makes you feel at home for long.

Do you like to be served? Change service. Frequently free maids at home from the trivial task of getting things upstairs. Use the opportunity to climb stairs while remembering the benefits for the body. In short, as much as possible steal the opportunity to walk rather than sit sweetly which makes the body muscles weaken over time.

I can't agree more with your statement of how keeping active allows you to have a much younger body than others of the same age. I run with a few guys who look 10-15 years younger than they really are, and more importantly they live like they are 10-15 years younger. While their peers may be complaining about different pains and struggling to get out of bed etc., these guys are able to go run for 10K-20K at a time and still have a social life like everyone else around!
