My Actifit Report Card #01: April 4 2019
Today is a working day after yesterday Wednesday national holiday. With the existence of national holidays, work in hospitals is increasing. This is because patients who need radiological services increase.
Today I spend a lot of my activities in radiology installations in serving patients, so I move a lot to support my work. Between me serving patients, I needed an outdoor atmosphere so that my energy and mind would be refreshed.
Finally I headed to the park in the hospital, this park is located beside the radiology installation. Feeling tired immediately disappeared when I arrived at this beautiful park, especially the weather was a bit cloudy. So, I am not hot here. Before I continued my work to serve patients, I took the time to go around the park.
Coming home from the hospital, I took time to ride a bicycle. And when I got home I continued walking around the housing complex with my wife.
