I usually wake up early in the morning, and after getting refresh I started my exercise free hand jogging and with a few wight lift yoga etc...
And I work whole day in front of the computer So according Dr. Guide I take break and make some free hands exercice walking stretching folding jumping etc...
And all time I records Every single steps using this... Aps..
This amazing experience as disciplined exercise...
I called it actift athon....
