My Actifit Report Card: December 14 2019
Hey guys
It's weekend and weather is cold too.
Weather plays an important part in fitness activities and I felt lazy going outside for walk that's why score is just about 5.5k steps.
I just did walk for sometime and daily activities no cycling today.
Will try to see if i can make it tommorow around 10k or more if weather is not so chilled.
