My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2019
Have crossed the count of 13k steps today and to get this number I have to extend my walk sessions.
I used make 10,000 everyday since the beginning of this year but last few weeks were very busy for me so I was not able to maintain this trend. No things are getting better and I hope I'll be able to make it back to 10k everyday are more if possible depending upon the time.
