My Actifit Report Card: August 23- 2019
Competed score of over 9k steps today.
Usually Friday is not a busy day but sometimes its quite busy and today was that kind of and because of that couldn't walk much during office time.
After work in evening had nice walk session and post dinner walk as usual so altogether it made the score of 9k.
Tomorrow is Saturday and if I get time then will try to make more count.
