Thankfully no broken fusers today.

However, the corporate office gave us a one-day notice they would be rolling out a massive amount of security patches, renames, and configuration changes. They wanted to update 120 PCs overnight at the airport last night. And they nearly did too! There was really only one problem, and that's they didn't remap all the printers after the changes were done. So I spend quite a bit of the morning walking around the airport fixing this oversight.

When you share a folder or device on a computer running Windows, you will be able to locate it on another machine by going to the address \computername (note that is the backslash).

Anyway. While it's a minor detail that can be easily overlooked, I made a point to stress its importance. This error can cause an agent to not be able to print final paperwork, which can cause a delay.

So I redid every computer to make sure they can all find the printers.

And then I found out that one of the corporate IT used our golf cart, forgot to unplug it, and ripped it right off the charging unit!

So I had a lot of walking to do. All this while being sick too. Speaking of sick, gonna end it here so I can go to bed.
