My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2019
In Germany for me November is the toughest month. It’s getting cold, rainy and dark. Luckily less rainy day this these days and I forget to feel down by moving to a new apartment.
And yes, this Christmas market and the tree make me look forward the warm end of the year December.
ドイツの11月は寒くなって暗くなって雨の日少なくなくて一番苦手な月です。今年は雨の日が少なくて（？）引越しでドタバタしているうちにやり過ごせそうです。
街中ではもうクリスマスマーケットの準備が始まっていて、よしよしあとちょっと頑張ればクリスマスのあたたかい雰囲気があふれる日々が来るぞとマーケットを横目に少しうれしくなりました。
歩数は8000歩ちょっとになりました。平日は雨でなければ買い物やら子どものお迎えやら、その後の外遊びで7000-8000歩を達成できるようになりましたが、問題は休日。ついつい家にいてしまうと1000歩以下という驚愕の日もあり、なんとか改善しようとしています。
寒くなって天気も曇りの日が多いと憂鬱になりますよね。
そんな時に、ちょっとでもお日様が顔を出すと嬉しくなります^^
ほんとうに！Skyleapさん、東北ですもんね。ちょっと緯度的に近いので日の入りが早くなることの悩みわかってもらえるかも :) なんとかクリスマスムードが漂うまで生き延びます。
