My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2019
It's Friday!
Took a good hike out of town, into the forest and up the hill with @hazel420 all afternoon. I'm quite surprised that made barely more than 15k activity, but I guess the phone just didn't wiggle enough along the way?!
It's been great to get out of town again. I haven't been in the proper forest for a while and that's always a very cleansing experience.
Standing below these huge and majestic beech trees kind of reminded me how I felt in the forest as a kid. I spent a lot of time playing in the woods when I was little.
We came across this magnificent emerald beetle stranded on the path. We took some pictures and decided to put him back off the path so he wouldn't be crushed by anyone else.
Upon closer inspection of the images. Rescuing him was probably no longer possible. He had this huge crack on his head. He was still moving though... tough little shiny thing!
On the way home I came across the perfect #googlyeyes opportunity, too. That's going to get it's own dedicated post though for sure. Here's a SPOILER if you can't wait for it.
Now it's time for some food, a quick shower and maybe some mojitos. Cheers!

Yeah, I was a bit heartbroken when I noticed that big crack there.
I hope I'll get around to make a good post for the SPOILER soon, I actually have another queued up to come first... but lately I've been quite focused on the kittens and the bunny and all that jazz.
