Actifit Daily #56: Actifit.io Website Updates & Top 10 Daily Actifitters

This daily update represents a compilation of the recent news, updates and projections about our Actifit project, including top actifitters for the preceding voting cycle, as well as updates on our account and delegations !

Actifit.io Updates

We have implemented another round of improvements to Actifit.io to reflect some more info on the website, but also to allow more functionality for users.
News Section: We added onto the main page a new menu item called "News", the purpose of which is to keep our website visitors up-to-date with @actifit announcements and news. Those will display at the bottom of the page under a carousel display, and allow clicking read more for a popup that displays the content of the post without leaving the site.

Voting Capability: our website logged in users can now directly cast an upvote onto any Activity Report card they enjoy and would like to reward. By visiting the Activity screen, you will notice a small red thumbs up icon (upvote) on each report card, clicking on which will display a relevant popup that would allow you to cast an upvote, while deciding on the actual upvote value.

Steemconnect Migration: As has been recently announced by the Steemconnect team, the v2 domain will soon be dropped, and applications utilizing this version will no longer function properly. So to avoid any potential service disruption or login issues to our users, we have just implemented a change onto our Actifit.io code so as we are as of now using steemconnect.com proper URL instead of the old one for authenticating the user.

SEO Improvements: We have implemented key improvements to the SEO of our website, and added proper OpenGraph tags that would help in improved ranking and proper information while sharing links on social media. This will definitely be the starting ground once we decide to go mainstream with launching Actifit beyond Steemit, and starting signing up more users to join the Steem blockchain and the Actifit community

Swapping Old Logo: As we had recently made some adjustments to Actifit logo, we have swapped the old logo for the new one to become more aligned with our standard graphics all across our online presence.

Top 10 Actifitters

Today we had a total of 170 reports with successful proof of activity which were rewarded and upvoted, out of which 127 reports reached the max 10,000 activity count or more.

Below is the breakdown of post count by activity:

The top position went to @actifit-lynx, who had a great active day, including distributing newspapers along with some more daily activity, which yielded him 37844 activity count !

Followed by @amusdnom, who followed his Dr's advise to start working out, and Actifit was just the right inspiration to help with that and track his activity! he reached 33321 activity count.

Delegations

We received some additional delegations today to our account, confirming our position of 109+K SP for our Actifit account. This was thanks to additional delegations from new or existing delegators, as follows:

Delegators share a max cap of 100K AFIT tokens according to their delegation amount, and also earn a 5% beneficiary reward from actifit posts' beneficiary earnings.

Since many ask, here we describe again an easy to calculated your AFIT tokens for a full day of delegations:
(Your Delegated SP) * 100,000 AFIT MAX / (Actifit Account Delegated SP - without account own SP and any delegators who opted out).
So for instance if you had delegated 100 SP, your daily earnings would be around:
100 * 100,000 / 108,000 = 92.59 AFITs

We are always appreciative of more delegations to be able to better award actifitters and support our project, so thank you for doing that !

When you want to increase delegation, you need to actually use the new total amount as the delegation amount, and not only the increased amount. Otherwise only the new amount will be used, and the remaining will be undelegated.
