Cold and frosty, but lots of Sunshine!

Apart from a walk in frosty cold, but lots of sunshine, not much happened today. I informed myself about the upcoming 10 km New years run in detail and read a lot about what will be expecting me in two days.
I am very excited about my last running challenge this year and will also tomorrow rest my legs and build up strength.
Außer einem Spaziergang in frostiger Kälte, aber mit viel Sonnenschein, ist heute nicht viel passiert. Ich habe mich über den kommenden 10 km Silvester Lauf genau informiert und viel darüber gelesen, was mich in zwei Tagen erwarten wird.
Ich bin sehr gespannt auf meinen letzten Lauf Wettkampf in diesem Jahr und werde auch morgen meine Beine schonen und Kräfte sammeln.
