It has become a habit to walk and jog everytime I have the chance.
Whenever I have to take the subway to teach my English classes, I notice how
crowded and unconfortable it is to go from one place to the other in the metropolitan city of Caracas. The train takes too long and when it arrives, you get pushed against the other person next to you.
So, I have started posting about my personal achievements because I have been deciding to walk and do some jogging to get to work and then back home.
The distance is not too long and I get this amazing boost of endorphins which reward my efforts.
Today, my Samsung Health app notified me I walked 6655 steps. also, I got over 7000 actifit activity points (two birds, one shot).
I would like to think that this can encourage others to do the same.
