Appropriate Alzheimer's Treatment
a bit of my writing today about health
Alzheimer's itself is generally a condition in which there is a progressive decline of brain function in memory, thinking, decision making, and behavior. This condition is generally experienced by the elderly.
However, that does not mean part of a healthy aging. Some risk factors such as an unhealthy lifestyle, a history of head trauma, a similar family history may increase the risk of developing this condition. Until now this disease can not be cured, but can only be slowed its development.
Therefore, you better make sure you get a clear picture and not wrong with your condition.
Things you can do ie
- Consumption of balanced nutrition foods and multiply the consumption of water
- Avoid cigarettes and alcohol
- Regular exercise
- Get enough rest
- Manage stress
