if that's true that is beyond messed up. It can be extremely un-motivating to see someone abusing the platform like that, especially us little guys. Are there known witnesses that are against him/them? i need to vote still
I guess on the flipside of the equation witnesses would be very keen on not scaring away larger investors or preventing massive sell-offs of steem because of the costs to run servers. There is ample enough steem on the open market for anyone to go buy enough to be a whale and it's quite clear by this point that more people sell than buy in during these price spikes, or else they'd be ramps to new baselines instead of quick multi-month pump and dumps.
I need to adjust my votes as well. As far as witnesses that are actively flagging him I am not sure, but look to people like teamsteem. Him and Luke Stokes are great witnesses and role models around here, even letting them proxy your vote would be good enough if you don't want to keep up with it all. There are many more. Nextgencrypto is flagging haejin. I don't proxy vote but if I did I would proxy to teamsteem and whatever he votes. I know he only wants what's best for the platform..
