Breathing is an effective method of relaxation. It involves slowing down and giving it the right rhythm to calm our emotions.
Deep breathing additionally cleanses the body by supporting the action of the lymphatic system.

  1. Lie on your back
  2. Start breathing air slowly for about 7-10 seconds
  3. Hold your breath for 2-3 seconds;
  4. Free exhaust
  5. After a few seconds repeat.

For convenience Imagine that you are in a quiet, quiet place, in a pleasant situation.

Absolutely true. Mediums use it often to get into the trance. But it's very good and relaxing for everybody. Upvoted, because a lot of people don't know this.
