Morrocan dishes "Tanjiya "

There is a special meal named Tanjia , it is the most loved meal here in Morocco because it cannot be imitated , it is a well known dish in Marrakech . Only merrakechi people can actually prepare it .
It contains a great deal of meat and it is not cooked at home because the container is so special and it's only used in Marrakech , you cannot find that container anywhere else , it is named Elqalousha . I cannot say that this dish is healthy because it contain extra calories because of the big amount of meat used in it but you won't even think about it once you taste it .
