新規アカウントを作成するためのDACTトークン

最近は、たまにDACTトークンを生成しています。明確な目的はありませんが、RCがあふれるのがもったいないので^^
およそ6000以上のSPを保有していれば、ユーザー自身が保有しているRCを使用してDACT（Discounted Account Creation Token）を生成することができます。また、DACTを使用して新規アカウントを作成できます。
DACTトークンは、steemworldサイトで生成していましたが、以下のように、たまにsteemworldサイトが開けないこともあります。
https://steemworld.org/ @アカウント名
steemworldは機能が充実したサイトですが、DACTトークンを生成するだけならば、steemconnectからもできます。以下のURLを開くだけです。（アクティブキーが要求されます）
https://app.steemconnect.com/sign/claim_account?creator=アカウント名&fee=0.000%20STEEM&extensions=[]
注意、およそ6000以上のSPを保有していて、Resource Credits（RC）が十分な場合に可能です。RCは、 https://steemnow.com/ @アカウント名、または、 https://steemd.com/ @アカウント名などで確認できます。
