Bunions
I know a lot of people who suffer with bunions including my grandparents. They are always complaining about it causing them pain and they have trouble in picking which shoe wear which won't irritate it and will help with comfort.
A bunion is like a bony bump that appears on the joint at the base of your big toe. This happens when the bone tissue by the joint at the bottom of the big toe moves out of place. It could be due to years of abnormal motion or wearing a tight or wrong shoes, arthritis, stress on the foot or inherited structural defect. To avoid bunions, you should keep track of your feet as they develop, especially if its heredity, make sure to wear the right shoes and exercise the feet to strengthen them.
From what I know, bunions are really painful. To ease the pain if you suffer with it, the most simple way would be to wear comfortable shoes. Sometimes medication is needed and in very severe or painful cases, it could be surgically removed. If you are in the early stages of a bunion, you could try treatment to ease the pain without surgery, like maintaining your weight, inserting a padding in your shoe for support and comfort, taking anti inflammatory and massage the feet.
Make sure to treat a bunion because if it is left untreated, the situation will worsen. It is painful and causes you to be unhappy and non active because of the nagging pain. Therefore, if you notice swelling, a bump and discomfort, you should see your doctor.
