By the way that's not me in the spiderman costume (it's my cousin), I look more like the incredible "bulk" (not a typo)

Download the app.. it is much better if you have a Fitbit to sync it with.. otherwise you have to remember to make sure its open and that you have your phone on you.. but I love Actifit. !BEER
