Big hair, don't care!! - My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2019
Went for a walk today.... Just realised I have big hair, but don't care!!
In preparation for my big run tomorrow (8miles), I took a day off from jogging and went for gentle walk in the sunshine. I am blessed that there are so many amazing and beautiful places to walk.
As you can see my lunch time walk made up the bulk of my 10k steps. I took 1/2pint for a little play over the park after work and I've been busy walking around the house just to make 10k!! There was no way I was going to leave it at 9500.... Its way past my usual bedtime, but seeing I was so close to breaking that 10k barrier meant I had to say up!
