I'm totally with you here! I was spending way to much time in cyberspace in front of the screen and it was affecting my health. Now you've got to ask yourself -"is what you're doing in front of the screen more important than taking care of your health?" What I was doing wasn't, so I've found ways to use my time in front of the screen more productively. Take regular breaks and get totally away from the screen (for me that's easy for I step outside my door and I'm in the forest.)Also I realized that it was affecting my relationship and upon recognizing that I easily drop some time on screen to spend with my loved ones. I'm happier for it and I'm sure me spending less time online didn't affect the bigger world in the least! Hey @vincentnijman hope you get recharged in that beautiful setting you call home along with your laptop! Take care and we will miss you being away more but we will also appreciate you more for the time you do spend with us here online!

Talking about health and screen time, at least we made it to the #naturalmedicine group, seems like we did something 'right' there, haha!
Health and relationships are definitely more important than the online world but, then again, it can also lead to amazing new relationships.
No worries, I won't leave you ( all ). In fact, when I'm here, I will spread even more love and good vibes around

I spend too much time to be honest, but that is just my life at the moment. I always balance it out though. Taking time away is good and you should listen to yourself ! time to rewild xx
Sounds like it is a battery problem really, maybe take it out , not trying to get you back in front of the screen though lol xxx

This laptop has a battery that can't be taken out. I actually think it's the charger as my laptop itself says the battery life is still 'good'.
P.S. Pieces are starting to feel together more and more. I feel the next couple of months are gonna point out what my mission is on this amazing world :>)

I remember you trying strategies to reduce your screen time more. I think its a much nicer idea to sit peacefully screen free on your balcony. I would live less screen time but still ffeel obligated here, plus my work.

It actually started charging a little bit better after this post. I would love it to actually charge while I'm using it though. Perhaps I should meditate on that ;>)
I wish you less screen time too, although you're doing an amazing job on here, spreading your love, creativity and wisdom.

Ah I see. I tried the post scheduling a handful of times but it just doesn't fit me. I prefer to post because I'm inspired or - sometimes - force myself to post haha. Usually the former :>)

How was the day at the harbor beach? I looked it up and saw that it's pretty close to the USA. Not sure if that's a good thing though these days ;>)

I just use the laptop plugged in. Man it is disturbing watching a superpower polarize! The beach was amazing. It gives me perspective. The great lakes are so massive!
Consider this a good news maybe :p

Yeah, I gave up on the former. This strategy though is the best of both worlds haha! I tend to sneak a peak outside, often times, though while staring at my laptop screen

Oh haha. You don't need to worry about that... my husband knows that there is all kinds of love and that love is shared. You don't need to save love just for one person you know lol period I always find it weird when people say things like that haha

Perhaps it is because I'm single ( and a joker ), that I'm a little more conscious of it, haha!
I am loving to use the world love more and more these days though. I feel it's coming back to me in abundance.

i spent a lot of hours in screen but it's a need, on my country this is may to expose my art, the goood thing to invest a lot of time here it's that makes my world bigger and i can spend the other half of the time doing my art, thing that i just love.
