2080 이란 80세에 20개의 치아를 보존 하고
있으면 치아를 잘 간수했다고 본다는 뜻이라 한다

삼시 세끼후 꼬박 꼬박 이를닦았는데도
나는 2080. 과는 거리가 멀다 . 이 닦는 방법이
부실 하였을까 되돌아보게된다

설 전에 아래 어금니 양쪽을 틀니로 치아를보충하기로 하고 본을 떳다
연휴라 조금 시간이 길어질수 있다고 했다

한주일 한번씩 두번 나의입에 마추어보고
세번만에 완성 품이 나온다했다

오늘 두번째로 끼어 본 결과 새로 뽑은 치아의. 잇몸이 좀아팠다

이전에 보험으로 틀니를 했기때문에 이번에는
비보험이라 가격이 비싸다
온전한 치아를 가진 노령자가 새삼 부럽다
