How I Keep Myself Fit - Week FIVE of #SixWeekHealth

Aside from going to the gym, I do a lot of physical activities to keep myself fit.

I play basketball. Im playing for my company's basketball team.

And whenever it's off season on our basketball league, I train in Yawyan. A Filipino style kick boxing.

I also taught myself how to swim. Currently, I can do a 50meter lap in 3 minutes.

I do a lot of hikings to see the beauty of nature.

And sometimes, I hike to camp and connect to nature.

There still a lot things I do like Jogging, Biking, Boxing, Volleyball and Badminton. (But got no pictures to show). Im not good at it though, but still, the important thing is I'm healthy.

I do these things not just to keep fit (and flaunt my body) but also a way of bonding with my buddies and colleagues. All the activities I've mentioned are also enjoyable for me. Because I'm always learning new skills and getting memorable experiences.

You should try doing something physical after work or every weekend as a diversion of the stress in working. As for me, I dont stay late at work so I could go home and do those activities. (Depends on the sched and availability of my buddies.) If you're just starting out, go to the gym so you could get your muscles ready for the activity you're getting into. It is essential so that your body wont get sore and take away the fun when going into hiking or playing the sport you like.

And when I'm done getting physical, I rest. And post something like this here in Steemit. :D
