Focus on the Workout

So you have chosen the best gym, got your gloves and maybe bought these shitty supplements. You bought a shitload of meat, rice, and veggies and printed out your workout routine and you are almost ready to lift some pieces of heavy metal. Let me give you some final tips.
 

People

You don't initiate convos with girls. If they talk to you then you keep it simple and get back to lifting. Your muscles want your full attention. If you are not focused you won't have an intense workout which is required for those gains. Brotip: Create a playlist of motivating music. This will prevent a lot of people to talk to you and motivate you.

Maybe your taste in music is the same as mine: Anger & Hate Playlist
 

Muscles

When you workout flex your muscles while doing the exercise. For example at the top of Biceps Curls, I flex my biceps to get a good burn in it. This helps to pump blood in your muscles (nutrients) and helps to build muscle.
 

Motivation

Motivation won't last forever but you could try to watch some Youtube videos of hardcore dudes lifting. Also, take pictures of yourself when you start your lifting journey and compare them every 5 Months.
