Best Upvote Bot on steemit.com (Review)

I m posting a review of the best upvote bot i have found and used on steemit.
How and Why i called it best will be discussed

The Bot is named @postpromoter created by one the most genius mind @yabapmatt.
First of all there are too many bots out there and i tried using most of them, the results are different from time to time as these are bidding based bot so there is no guarantee.
Postpromoter is also not too old bot as compared to others but why i called it best is not because of its popularity but because of perfection.
The bot never went down a single time from the day it launched neither missed a single bid.
The calculation is awesome in determining steem and sbd bids proportionally.
Never seen a single complain of missing upvote.
Immediate refunds if you send invalid url or wrong url.
Another funny thing is that if the url you sent is already upvoted then it will be refunded but this is not the case with other bots i have used.
In short this is the most decent on committed bot i have ever seen here on steemit.com.
