Croton variegatum is a species of plant in the genus Codiaeum, which is a member in the family of Euphorbiaceae. It’s native to Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, the western Pacific Ocean islands, growing in open forests & scrub. It’s used in traditional medicine to treat amoebic dysentery and stomach ache while a bath with root decoction or sap is applied in small quantities on skin related infections.
