Cool shots! Were you taking some of those shots through a telescop or something to show the craters on the moon?
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks in return, @porters! Actually I only used my Nikon - it has an amazing zoom for a somewhat older (2015) camera. 💜
Those are just beautiful, @traciyork.
Thank you so much, @fionasfavourites! 🤗
Wow! Great pictures Traci! They are so clear 🙂

Thanks, @nickyhavey! I was so psyched when I first got this camera a couple years back, and realized how amazing the zoom is! 😊
Yea that is a great zoom! You must have got some great ones of the blood moon last night?

While I didn't get any of the actual eclipse, I was able to grab some of La Luna. I'm planning to post them for the next Moon Monday! 😊 ❤️ 🌕
Well that's only the other side of the weekend! Splendid!

November 9 moon looks astounding. It's like a fantasy and I wish we were really that close to the moon. Seeing it without the use of a telescope. But I think being close could affect our weather and tides in disastrous ways. Not really sure where I got that idea lol. Maybe from a movie lol.
Aww, thanks @watersnake101! I agree - I've had that same thought... LOL! Oh, and the movie, "Bruce Almighty" immediately came to mind - not sure if you've seen it, but if so, you'll know what I mean! 😊
Haha I knew it bruce almighty lol thanks for that. That movie was hilarious.
You're very welcome, and I completely agree! Hubby & I just watched it again recently, and it never gets old (unlike us)! 🤣
Incredible shots... and 50 years ago humans were walking up there.
Thanks, @toddrjohnson! Every now and then when I'm taking pictures of La Luna, that thought occurs to me. Brain hurty, but in a good way.
