TopPlay guarantees all videos will get a minimum of 5 ratings, ensuring that no amazing content slips through the cracks. The higher your rating, the more views you get! Giving every video the “Equal and Fair Chance” to be rated the the best play in your network, city or the world!
Oh yeh.. Users are paid proportionately to all the value they create on the app. The ICO is coming later this year!
