Human life is a storehouse of greed. The more you get,the more you want. Satisfaction is temporary in his life. Yet to be healthy, there should be some rules. Especially when the age crosses the forty.

Things should be followed while eating and be healthy

  • Always be moderate to eat. Do not eat by filling all the portion of stomach. That is, some parts of the stomach should be left empty. We eat more food than as much as we need. Even if the food digested, it is stored only on the body. Deposits are increasing in decreasing costs. As a result, home of various diseases like Sugar, Pressure, Weight, Poor Heart Disease etc. are also being created. That is, the amount of accumulated diseases that are invoked.

  • So what to do if you are hungry then do not eat? That's not the case. Even if we are hungry, there is a greed to eat more than we need. With that greed we eat it a little more. The stomach is full of such a store there. But if you want to fill it, then he will fill it. because it is a meaty bladder?

  • Your body needs to be used regularly. Walk sometimes in the morning. If not possible walk in the direction to go for your work. It is very necessary to walk a few times every day. There is nothing greater exercise than a walk. If you can do physical exercises, yoga, sports, etc. then it is good. But if they are not possible then only walk. Just walking in the cool shade of the morning or by gentle gentle breeze in the afternoon. All the organs of your body are walking with the move. Not very walking or running. Just walk. That means if you want to stay healthy, then you must walk. Do not be afraid to walk. Walking as much as possible.

  • Wherever you go, you should carry some dry foods (such as biscuits packets) with you. Water is our body carrier. This means that the water is effective to find out what we intake of food. If the water is constantly inaccurate or is eaten less then the specific work of body keeping and expenditure to keep the body active is hampered. That is, it is better to not drink water from tea stalls or unknown sources. It is the best bet to take home cottage. This is necessary to spend the cost but you will be reduced. So acceptance should be reduced. And some trials should be analyzed . Like Fast Food, Cold Drains etc.All the ages you eat as much as you can. No cost. Though at a very early age or when some expenditure can be made later, it can not be possible.

  • Everyone is almost intoxicated. Whether this addiction is moderate or irrelevant, but it is irreconcilable. After forty years, this intense addiction goes into rampage. This act of revenge is again two aspects. One is your physical rivalry and two of your family problem. Many times this makes you hospitalised and the tensed are all for the people of your family. Maybe not, but in some cases, it is responsible for it. That means your effectiveness is falling on the other's neck. Two roads to get out of liquor. Do not enter one. Think of yourself and your family.

yeah, it can but moderation is the factor here and regular exercise does a lot in behind of it.
