Challenge Completed - Legs and Abs Day 800 reps on April 16
Good old muppet Monday never fails at the gym, the place was filled to the bream again last night.
I managed to get a fairly solid workout in, but didn't train abs as much as I would have liked.
I also mixed up my workout a bit to keep my body on it's toes.
