Fairy Condominium

High heat and humidity spawn many thunderstorms during the summertime in the area where I live. All the rain has been perfect for mushrooms to grow. Two clumps of mushrooms have appeared in the yard recently.

I call these little clumps: "fairy condominiums" 😁

I have no clue what genus or species either of these mushroooms are. I've looked at many mushroom photos online, trying to determine, but could not conclusively reach a decision.

In the past, I've often refused to post a photo if I couldn't positively identify the subject with certainty (because I am a nerd, that way 😜), but these were too cute to hold back. Also, the time or two I have relented and posted something I could not identify, someone has responded in a comment to help, so maybe that will happen this time, too!
