something I know from January 9th
A lot of my frustrations in life stem from my disappointing weakness, is what my self-importance would respond. I have come to recognize I allowed myself to not fully voice personal opinions. I thought it strong, benevolent to hold my tongue, and before I knew it, I was afraid to speak up and out against, at all the crucial moments. There’s aimless action, intent and ultimately, action with intent. Finally, the puzzle plagues me no more.
More often than not, I wil sweetly tie up an issue with “I’ll do better next time”.
It won’t be enough. Some half-hearted piece of lip-service will only land me back in the hole I dug myself. I have to come to terms with my actions now, because it is all too easy, untested. I do not know when my next trial will toll, but I’ve taken my stance.
