It’s the only way to absolutely 110% know that your alive and living on planet earth instead of existing and waiting for a meteor to smack into the side of the planet. Trust me, life is a lot more enjoyable when you are doing something. I’m on a bit of a show reel animated banner kick at the moment.

I’ve got limited tools, experience and skills at the moment so instead of being annoyed that I’m not that great motion designer I wish I was because I don’t have x, y and z I just put in time, time to play.

Playing with all the things. Because if I can make something stand out a little bit, if I can keep fresh with my tools and if I can expand my creativity a little bit and let things flow then that is better than having anything else creep into my mind, time is a commodity just as saving volatile 1’s and 0’s is.

i’m really trying to get this showreel done today so I’m probably gonna do maybe three more banners and then call it for the show reel, put up the new gig show reel and hope the gods of Olympus (aka, fiverr mods) step on through and give it a bit of the old verification juice.

I will continue to step up to the plate each and everyday while I’m here on planet earth, making, foot forward, check for stable ground, another step, onwards we go, until the earth crumbles under foot and the path falls away to reveal the next plain of existence from then on out ;)
