Tree Tuesday Looking up
Vertigo Warning - this is another post where people who suffer from vertigo may want to skip as it is looking up shots
This is a post covering two challenges, Tree Tuesday hosted by @old-guy-photos and it is also a post for the looking up challenge that has been started by @melinda010100 and @pixelfan.
Normally for the looking up Challenge I share shots in the city, but this time I am looking up with Nature while walking around the Mondo Ponds trails
Starting off with this shot at one spot on the trails, with so much of the trails still being quite barren and dry, it was so refreshing looking up in this spot and seeing the lovely greens at the top of the trees contrasting nicely with the blue sky.

This second shot is a little further down the trail, and I instead of standing in the middle of the trees decided to look up along the trunk fo the tree and caught a little bit of a sun flare which I accentuated a little in this edit.

And a third shot which even though I loved all the greens and blues in the first shots I thought worked better in a mono edit

Oh, yes!!! That first shot is right up my alley! I just love a looking up shot and such perfection with the trunks slender and tall! Spring is really coming on strong now and your pictures are really dialing up the beauty of the season!

It will have to be a quick lunch but i do have a 45 Minute break so I can fit in LUnch at around 2
Loved the first one. Been awhile since I have gone into the forest and hung out among the trees. It may be times to take a short walk in the Stanley Park Woods today.
I love being in the woods i find it so relaxing and refreshing, and go for it if its a nice day and it will also give you some shots for a Wednesday Walk post tomorrow :)

Wow, those are some nice old pine trees. I have a couple of trees in front of my house that would be perfect for this theme. I need to remember to get some shots of them sometime.
I do often lookup for shots like these when walking around trees,its a view so many never look at there so focused straight ahead with where they re going, and inn a rush so never loo up down left or right just straight ahead
The green and blue work well together in that first shot.
When walking through forests I try to look up occasionally to get views like that. Gotta be careful though, if I look up too long I might walk into a tree. :)
Trust me you not the only one that would walk into a tree 🌲 while looking up it has happened to me and I saw someone else do it the day I took these shots he was walking with his binoculars looking for birds and walked into or over a small tree bush on the edge of the path and took a good tumble and I helped him up he was an older gent but seemed to be fine thankfully

LOL I have had some people have real problems with these type of shots,in fact at one of my exhibits, someone almost fainted seeing a city looking up shot from Vertigo, I felt so bad and here why I do the warning
