Looking across the inlet as the sun sets behind the Milford Yacht club one evening last year.
Back when all the yachts and boats were in the water, I am seeing boats back in the water, but haven't had much luck recently with nice weather when I have the time and energy to head to catch a sunrise or sunset.
This morning is a good example I was awake as usual at 4:15 and if it had not been raining I would have headed to a beach to catch a sunrise, I just have to be patient and know I will get out to get new beach and sunrise or sunset shots soon.

There is nothing quiet about the drama in those skies! You caught the brilliance of the glow, right at the peak of its calling the day to be done.
I have long wondered how the real color is well after the sunset, when so many people have packed up their equipment and gone home.
A real treat to feast my eyes upon these this morning!

Such intense colors! Did you adjust the photo in the photo editor?
I edit all of the photos I share here, many of them are 3 shot HDR images merged together, for the second one I actually toned down the saturation
