Properties by the water
Properties by the water
Well my evening posts have been actifit posts of recent but today I took it easy to give my knee time to heal, was up at my normal time and so tempted to head out for a morning walk, but my Knee is still niggling me a bit so I decided to be sensible and just chill at home today, So I will share some shots from a walk on one of the beaches here recently showing some of the nice properties by the water
These shots were taken on a walk where I started at Wildemere beach and I walked along, I think these are still in Wildemere beach, but I could be wrong I am not sure where one beach changes to another in some spots here.
as you can see the property owners here seem to like getting out on the water with all the kayaks and such in front of the houses

I dont know if this is all one persons property or a multi-family property but look at all those balconies, I know if I lived there I would be making great use of the balconies and enjoying the sea views

Another property along the same beach so many balconies again and large windows with nice views over the beach,I could handle living somewhere like that, but I am sure the cost of these properties is well over my budget

And further along the beahc more houses of varying sizes and plenty of kayaks for them and guests

Now I saved my favorite one of the properties for last in this post, I, of course, have no idea what it is like inside, but I do love the style of this place, with one long balcony on the second level, the cool round tower-like feature, and the touch that I really liked the spiral staircase,
I do love spiral staircases, but on a day like today when my knee is playing up it would be a pain to have to go up it I do admit

and for those who scrolled down this far, thanks for that and, Of these properties if you could stay in one for a week or a month which one would you go for?
And that’s all folks

I would gladly stay in any one of those homes, and if I did, there would be plenty of room to invite the entire family.
Ohh yes for sure most of these places have room for family and friends without a doubt
Thanks for the resteem appreciated
These are lovely houses by the beach.-- we also have similar scenery in Southern Spain. The houses are too closed to the beach and I was just wondering if in case of high tide whether these houses are reached by the water.
These particular ones are raised a bit from the water and do not get impacted too much by the storms, but a couple of the hurricanes and super storms have done a lot of damage to properties in other areas of our city, In super Storm SDandy the damage to properties in a couple of beaches was quite devastating and sad to see
I'd like either of one of the two on left with the tree. Second shot up from the bottom : )
You have nicer architecture there than the boxes we have!
Ohh yes those ones are pretty nice as well, and yes for sure there are some fancy beach front properties here
Oh, damn. I really liked those houses. You guys have such different architecture over there.
Ohh yeah I do like them as well, but I need to win a big lotto prize to ever even think about living somewhere like that LOL
Haha, true, true :)
I haven't bought a ticket in a while so my chances of winning it are minimal LOL
Giant houses, some only lived in during the summer I bet....
Ohh yeah some of them are huge and I bet your right about many of them being summer homes

Just going through and curating posts for eSteem and pleasantly surprised to come upon one from you! Those are some amazing places to live!
I didn't know you did the curating for Esteem, I just started using ir for posting and may try it for commenting when on the train,
and yes some real nice properties along the beaches here ;)
All of the points you make while using eSteem.. 15 points for posting and 5 points for each comment will become Smart Media tokens when they are launched. That’s cool to know thanks for the info and thanks for taking the time to curate for eSteem
It is a pleasure for me. eSteem has a small team of devs and they have come a long way since we first started here. It has been fun to watch all the changes.
I used it for a little while early on then stopped using it i must look at using it more
I think you will be happy with it. The search feature is great. If you are looking for a username just remember to use the @ first and if you are searching a tag use #wednesdaywalk with the #. They are working on more search improvements.
Cool I will try and use the app more when commuting, I am just a creature of habit and i love the relies layout on Steempeak so thats what I am using most of the time including now when replying to comments
What a great location. Such mammoth houses. I wondered if there were apartments in them.
I think I would be happy staying awhile in any of them JJ. 😊
I know of some apartments near other beaches, but I do not know of any in this area, but I to would be happy to stay in any of those places :)
I like how they are right on the beach but are also slightly elevated with their own lawns. Nice touch. I could probably slum it in any of these. If I HAD to.... 🤣😂🤣😂
LOL at slum in any of them, they are high enough to be protected from most storms but still close to the beach I could happily live in any one of them
